Aldinga Arts Eco Village sustainable house.
The building tilts to the north and is partially embedded in the upper slope of the site. The elements of earth mass, internal concrete walls and floors, north sun, ventilation and shading work together so efficiently that internal comfort in this house requires no additional heating or cooling. The semi-transparent conservatory on the eastern side transfers solar-warmed air into all internal spaces during winter.
