John Maitland
John Maitland launched ‘Energy Architecture’ in Adelaide in 1990, with 20 years of Architectural practice behind him, and since 1992 John has received 18 awards for Design, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
Nigel Miller
Nigel Miller is a senior architect, highly experienced in managing a diverse range of projects during 18 years in Architectural practice, including aged care residential facilities, health care & hospital projects, education facilities, cultural & civic facilities, interpretive centres, medium density housing and residential projects.
Maggie Slattery
Maggie Slattery has facilitated Energy Architecture's Sustainability Consultancy service since 2003, managing large-scale projects, providing research analysis, reporting, sustainability design guideline development, architectural writing and documentary production.
Rogier Voorhoeve
Rogier Voorhoeve joined Energy Architecture in 2006. He was previously based in the Netherlands as Principal of Architectural firm Voorhoeve, in Utrecht. He attained his Masters of Architecture in 1997, and has experience in both commercial and residential architecture. Rogier has also worked as a volunteer architect for Tsunami Aid in Sri Lanka, and an orphanage renovation project in Atma, Mumbai.
Mark Thomas
Mark Thomas has been working with Energy Architecture since 2007, allowing him to hone his design expertise and expand a commitment to ESD. He has a diverse range of qualifications which include degrees in graphic design, secondary teaching and architecture. Mark also tutors at the University of Adelaide.
Jasmin Miller
Jasmin maintains a key position at Energy Architecture in office and financial administration and management. Her role has increased substantially with the expansion of Energy Architecture’s services and the ongoing diversification of Next You’re Home to include the modular home EFusion.
Milos Vajdic
Milos Vajdic is a visual artist and graduate of architecture, University of South Australia 2006. He has experience in large scale commercial projects, and is currently involved at Energy Architecture in residential and institutional design projects. Milos continues to use his decade long experience as a visual artist to enhance his designs and provide visual representations of architectural projects.
Alana Cain
Alana Cain has recently joined the team at Energy Architecture. She is currently studying a Diploma of Building Design and has previously worked in the industry concentrating on residential design including new homes, alterations and extensions for private clients and home builders.
Jonathan Hughes
Jonathan Hughes graduated with a Bachelor of Design Studies and Master of Architecture from The University of Adelaide in 2008. He joined Energy Architecture in 2009 after working for several years as a building energy efficiency analyst. Jonathan has a keen interest in environmentally sustainable design, particularly in relation to residential architecture.
