Fullarton house
An intimate dwelling located to the rear of a tiny site with predominately northern orientation and ambient connection to a microclimate created by ponds and landscaping.
Passive solar design combined with a steeply pitched roof, a mezzanine and some 'Chinese flavours in proportion and outlook', has produced a light and airy feel.
Feature internal mud brick for thermal mass, together with corrugated steel sheet walls externally, further insulates, protects and modifies climatic impact.
