This was a proposal for the establishment of a unique riverfront holiday development. The development features contemporary dwellings of beautiful materials, responsive to the river land context. The proposal also contributes to natural greening through water conservation and re-use to enable reduced dependence on the Murray River.

House design and infrastructure take full advantage of position, environmental benefit, energy and water efficient technologies and long term cost effectiveness.

The scheme developed by Energy Architecture focussed on privacy and lifestyle, and the natural beauty of the local environment. An integrated waste disposal system, environmentally sensitive car parking, rainwater storage and native vegetation and landscaping were all carefully detailed.
