Built in 1983 combining "ordinary materials" and versatile design – innovative (at the time) use of corrugated colorbond steel sheet.

The external architectural expression incorporates evaporative cooling system outlets at the perimeter wall vents, and maximises natural light and air movement to internal spaces.

The now iconic building continues to be used for its original purpose, as a furniture showroom and retail outlet.
