Where appropriate we recommend thermostatically controlled hydronic in-floor heating that uses solar hot water (gas boosted where necessary). This system utilizes the inherent properties of the internal thermal mass, as the heat is circulated, stored and slowly released into the internal spaces from the concrete slab.
