Three original north facing rooms are now spacious bedrooms with extended angled “nooks” protruding into the front landscape.
Living areas, study, courtyards and the rear main bedroom suite are set back to admit North sun.
Even more this reorientation increases energy efficiency and improves thermal comfort.
